Varsity
Very definitely a typical chain-bar with scrubbed-wood floors, lots of space, a small gallery level and big picture windows.
By day, this is a good place for a keenly-priced meal or a spot of people-watching, with its windows overlooking Terrace Road.
In the evenings, this is very much a hotspot for students and the similarly-minded. Buying a 'V Card' from the bar is a must to bring the prices down - as they're actually fairly steep for Aber.

As previous reviewer said, garlic bread was burnt to a crisp and it took
fifteen minutes to get them to change it. Expensive unless you've got a V
card, but then the same can be said about our local Varsity in
Wolverhampton.
