Central Fish Restaurant

To Ethan, the "fresher", who commented below.
What do you expect form a traditional Chippy?
You complain there about "bad service attitude". If you want to be waited on hand and foot have them be totally servile to you, go to a restaurant; but then again, you complain this chippy is too "expensive", so that's out of the question. You also complain about it being "oily and unhealthy". Ethan, it's a CHIPPY. Also, you complain about the stuffy environment; but HELLO!...it is a "traditional chippy". By the sounds of it pal, you're better off in McDonalds, where your Mum n Dad pay for your meal and you can eat, make a mess, holler all you like and get a free toy. Maybe that's what you're missing here.

I m a fresher who just come to Aberystwyth University recently, i went to this so called Old traditional famous restaurant with my friends.We ordered Fish n Chips.
Only FOUR things i can said:
1)Bad Service Attitude
2)Expensive
3)Oily and Unhealthy
4)Stuffy Environment
As a matter of fact, even the Fish and Chips offered at Morrison Supermarket cafe taste MUCH MUCH Better and Cheaper than Central Fish Restaurant.
I will never go back to this restaurant ever again.DON'T GO!!

This the best Fish n Chip shop in town! (Well, Ernies would have got first, but they're long gone). It's never changed and doesn't pretend to be anything other than a good old fashioned chippy! The narrow doors are the same as they always were, and you can smell the chips as you walk down the street. Hmmmm! Shame they changed the price board from the old black n white peg thingy, tho; but oh well, they still wrap your chips and the curry sauce is the BEST, with bits of real chicken in!

Used to be excellent, has gone down hill though.
